Service description

The service lets you create, download, and share proof cards based on text you provide.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the text you enter and share. Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful content, threats or harassment, impersonation, content that infringes the rights of others, or malicious or abusive material.

Intellectual property

The service name, interface, original design, and site code belong to their respective owner. You retain responsibility for and any rights you have in the text you provide. Using the service does not transfer ownership of your text to the site.

Availability

This is an early-stage service. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

No professional advice

The service is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses caused by use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

External services

X, destinations selected through native sharing, hosting providers, and other external services have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services is governed by their respective policies.
